What sets Silversands North Coast apart

Silversands by Ora spans 503 feddans at Sidi Heneish, with more than one kilometre of beach and 80,000 sqm of swimmable lagoons. Its mix includes 1,740 chalets and apartments plus 1,320 villas, twin houses and townhouses, and handover has begun in Terrace 1 and Terrace 2.

Silversands is large enough to hold several personalities inside one destination. Silvertown leans towards town life and dining, Crystalline and Acclaro put apartments and houses around water, The Cove is lower and more intimate, and Signature Beach Collection sits closest to a serviced, hospitality-run experience.

Here the collection comes before the size. Someone who wants the sea straight ahead is not looking at the same rows as someone who would rather have a quiet lagoon, and a family who want the restaurants and the services a short walk away may take a livelier heart even if it sits a little back from the shore. We start with the setting you want and move to the home from there.

The destination is already working: owners have moved into their homes, shops and restaurants opened from summer 2026, and Crimson, Tipsy Camel and Elevate Gym are running on the waterfront.

Handover dates in Silversands North Coast

Handover is underway in Terrace 1 and Terrace 2, and the other collections differ: Acclaro is expected by the end of 2026, Crystalline and Signature in 2028, Silvertown in 2029 and The Cove through to the end of 2030.

No single date covers the whole resort.
